How to limit the number of events booked from the mobile app

Limit daily, weekly, or monthly bookings for a specific event type in the Calendly mobile app. Use this feature to manage your availability and avoid overbooking.
Set scheduling limits for events from the mobile app
- From the mobile homepage, select the event type you want to edit.
- Tap Edit meeting type.
- Tap More Options.
- Expand the Limits and buffers section.
- Under Max meetings, choose the maximum number of events that can be booked daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Tap Save.
Note
The Max meetings setting applies only to this event type. It doesn't limit bookings across all Calendly event types.
