The Calendly for LinkedIn extension makes scheduling easy in LinkedIn Messaging, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
With Calendly for LinkedIn, you can:
- See and share your scheduling links with invitees
- Create a one-off meeting
- Create a meeting poll
Before you begin
- To use Calendly for LinkedIn, install the Calendly for Chrome, Firefox, or Edge extension to your browser.

How to turn on or off the LinkedIn integration
From the Calendly browser extension:
- Select the Calendly logo in the top left corner of the extension.
- From the drop-down menu, choose Settings.
- Under Extension integrations, toggle LinkedIn Messaging on or off.
Share your meeting links
When composing a message, the Calendly icon appears in your LinkedIn toolbar. Click it to:
- Share an event type:
- Insert link - Adds your standard Calendly link to the message.
- Insert single-use link - Create and add a one-time link that expires after it's booked.
- Create a one-off meeting or meeting poll, then share the link in your message. These options open in a pop-up window.
Troubleshooting the Calendly for LinkedIn extension
I am unable to log in to LinkedIn with the extension.
If you’re having trouble logging in to LinkedIn or don’t see the Calendly prompt, try these steps:
- Make sure the LinkedIn integration is turned on.
- Confirm that you're logged in to Calendly.
- Close any open LinkedIn tabs or sessions, then open a new one.
- On the new LinkedIn page, open the Calendly extension sidebar from your browser toolbar to allow access.
I am experiencing browser issues with the extension.
If another extension is interfering with Calendly for LinkedIn, try these steps:
- Open your browser’s extensions menu.
- Turn off all extensions, including the Calendly extension.
- Turn the Calendly extension back on first, then re-enable your other extensions one at a time.
- Open a new window and try using Calendly for LinkedIn again.
