Calendly + Webex
Connect Calendly with Webex to automatically add secure video conferencing links to your scheduled events. If your Webex admin hasn’t approved the Calendly app yet, they can follow the steps below to approve access.

Get Calendly approved by your Webex admin
If you see an Access denied message when connecting Webex, your Webex admin must approve Calendly in the Webex Control Hub.
Your Webex admin can follow Webex's guide to enable one of these options:
- Approve Global Access to all apps
- Approve access to just Calendly (requires Webex Pro Pack)

meeting:schedules_read | Lets Calendly pull Webex details into your account. |
meeting:schedules_write | Lets Calendly create Webex meetings when you schedule in Calendly. |
spark:people_read | Lets Calendly show the connected Webex account in your settings. |

What Webex data does Calendly store?
Calendly stores:
- Webex meeting details to show as the location in your Calendly meeting.
- Webex user details to link the right Webex and Calendly users.
- Encrypted access and refresh tokens to keep your Webex connection active.
Calendly does not store or view your Webex recordings.
