Data subject right

How Calendly supports this right

The right of access

Where applicable, Notetaker recaps for a specific invitee can be provided by exporting the meeting transcript as a TXT file from the recap page of the relevant meeting. For more information on this, see How to share Notetaker recaps.

The right of erasure (the 'right to be forgotten')

To ensure the deletion of all personal data related to an invitee, please follow the procedures outlined in How to delete personal data in Calendly. Additionally:

  • Users may delete individual Notetaker recaps directly from a specific recap page. For more information on this, see How to delete a Notetaker recap.
  • To delete all Notetaker recaps generated by Notetaker, users can access the Notetaker settings page and remove all associated recaps.

The right to data portability

Where applicable, you can export Notetaker recaps by navigating to the recap page of a past meeting and exporting the transcript as a TXT file. For more information on this, see How to share Notetaker recaps.
