Enterprise plan Owners and Admins can add legal disclaimers to text notifications, in addition to Calendly's required default disclaimer.

Note

Legal disclaimers can only be added at the organization level and are in addition to Calendly's required disclaimer, which cannot be disabled.

  1. From the Admin center, select Branding.
  2. In the Organization SMS Legal Disclaimer text box, enter the additional disclaimer you'd like to include with your text opt-in.
  3. Select Save Changes to add the disclaimer to all meetings with text reminders.

Any events with text reminders will now display your additional legal disclaimer below Calendly's default disclaimer on the scheduling page.

  1. Go to the Scheduling page.
  2. Find an event type that includes text notifications.
  3. Select the 33405605706647 three dots in the event card, then choose Add to website.
  4. Follow the invitee scheduling flow by selecting a date and time.
  5. On the Enter Details page, preview your additional legal disclaimer.
  1. From the Admin center, select Branding.
  2. In the Organization SMS Legal Disclaimer text box, delete the additional disclaimer.
  3. Select Save Changes to remove the disclaimer from all meetings with text reminders.
