Sync your contacts with Google to add invitees from your calendar to your Calendly contacts list. This one-time import includes people you’ve met with through Google Calendar in the past 24 months.
What gets imported
You’ll see:
- Invitees’ email addresses in both the name and email fields (name data isn’t included with calendar events)
- Contacts from meetings over the last two years
What happens next
Soon, this feature will become a continuous sync. When it does, your contacts will update automatically.
For now:
- Only a one-time import happens after you enable the sync
- You’ll need to add any new contacts manually
