How to view and manage notifications in the Calendly mobile app

The Calendly mobile app sends notifications for meeting updates, reminders, and daily summaries. You can view notifications in the app and manage your notification settings at any time.
View notifications
- Open the Calendly mobile app.
- Tap the
Notifications tab. - You’ll see updates on your meetings.
- Tap a notification to view meeting details.
You can pull down on the screen to refresh the list of notifications.
Notification types
The Calendly mobile app includes the following notification types:
- Push notifications – Enable or disable all mobile alerts.
- Upcoming events – Reminders sent before a scheduled meeting. You can choose how far in advance you’re notified.
- Meeting digest – A daily notification sent at a time you choose that summarizes your scheduled meetings. The Meeting digest is enabled by default.
- Event notifications – Alerts when meetings are new, rescheduled, reconfirmed, or canceled.
Manage notification preferences
- Open the Calendly mobile app.
- Tap the Notifications tab.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
- Update your notification settings.
Troubleshooting notifications
If you’re not receiving notifications:
- Make sure push notifications are enabled in the Calendly app.
- Check that notifications are allowed in your device’s system settings.
