Stay on top of your day with a daily Meeting Digest email. Get a clear view of all your meetings — Calendly and non-Calendly — delivered to your inbox each morning.
For example, you can:
- View your full day’s schedule at a glance
- Turn on Meeting Recaps directly from the email
- Quickly add Notetaker or review past meetings
Who gets this email?
You’ll receive the email if:
- You have access to Meeting Recaps
- You have meetings scheduled for the day
Note: You don’t need to enable Meeting Recaps to start receiving these emails.
What’s included?
Each daily email shows:
- Today’s meetings
- Meeting titles (select to open in Calendly)
- Meeting times and attendee names (or count)
- Whether Notetaker is recording
- Quick actions:
- Turn on Meeting Recaps
- Add Notetaker
- A link to update your email settings or unsubscribe
When is it sent?
You’ll receive it every day at 10:00 AM UTC — even on weekends, if you have meetings that day.
No meetings? No email.
Manage your email settings
To stop receiving the digest:
- Go to Communication settings in your Calendly account.
- Find Meeting digest emails and toggle them off.
Note: This is on by default if you have access to Meeting Recaps.
