The activity log

As your organization grows, you can use your activity log to keep track of what is occurring within your Calendly account. Calendly owners and admins on our Enterprise plan have access to this log.

What you'll see in the activity log

Each entry in the log includes:

  • Category: what type of change was made
  • Activity: what action was taken
  • By whom: who took the action
  • Date and time: when the action happened

You can also select Details to view more information. What’s shown may vary depending on the action.

Access the activity log

  1. Log in to your Calendly account.
  2. In Calendly, go to the Admin center > Security page.
  3. Select the Activity log tab.

On the Activity log page, you'll see a table with activity info.

Note

Data in the activity log is deleted every 90 days.

Search and filter the activity log

Use the search bar to look through all columns and event details.

  • You can search by things like email address, event name, or team name.
  • Wrap your search in quotes to find exact phrases (e.g., "30 minute meeting").

Use the Filter button to narrow results by:

  • Category
  • Activity
  • User (By whom)
  • Date range

Export the activity log

You can export log data as a .CSV file with up to 10,000 events.

If the export includes fewer than 1,000 events, you can download the file right in Calendly.

The link will expire after 24 hours.

Use the API to receive logs remotely

Enterprise owners or admins can send activity log data to a SIEM or logging service using our API.
For setup instructions, visit the Calendly developer portal.
