Calendly sub-processors (GDPR, CCPA)

To add Calendly to your website:

1. Go to the Scheduling page, optionally open the My Calendly dropdown to switch users or teams, then select the ... (three dots) on the page or event card and choose Add to website.
2. Choose Landing page embed or Booking page embed, pick an embed type (Inline embed, Popup widget, or Popup text), and select Continue.
3. (Optional) Adjust embed options (hide photo, hide event details, remove the cookie banner, or customize colors) and select Copy Code.
4. Paste the copied code into your website’s HTML or follow the provider-specific instructions for Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, or another platform.

If invitees are seeing times as unavailable when you expect to be free, here's how to check and fix it:

1. Open the Troubleshoot tool on your live booking page or in preview, scroll down, and select Troubleshoot. Choose a date to see what's blocking each time.
2. Check calendar conflicts — if you see a CALENDAR code, a connected calendar event marked as "Busy" is blocking that time. Update the event to "Free", remove it, or reconnect your calendar.
3. Review event settings — codes like DAILY MAX, WEEKLY MAX, MONTLY MAX, RANGE, or TOO SOON mean booking limits, date ranges, minimum notice, or availability rules are preventing scheduling. Adjust these settings in the Event Type editor.
4. Check other Calendly bookings — EVENT or OVERLAP codes mean another Calendly meeting is scheduled at that time. Reschedule the meeting or update your Free/busy rules if overlapping meetings are allowed.
5. Look at buffers or holidays — BUFFER or HOLIDAY codes mean buffer time or a holiday setting is blocking that time. Update or remove those settings if needed.
   
   If the Troubleshoot tool doesn't show a clear reason or you're unsure what a code means, review your connected calendars, availability rules, and calendar sync settings.
