You can include a cancellation policy to let invitees know what to expect if they need to cancel or reschedule.
- Go to the Scheduling page and locate your event type.
- Open the
three dots menu and select Edit. - At the bottom of the editor, select More options.
- Open the Notifications and workflows section.
- Under Basic notifications, select the
three dots next to Calendar invitation/Email confirmation, then choose Edit. - Scroll to the bottom and locate the Cancellation policy section. Add your policy here.
- (Recommended) To let invitees cancel or reschedule on their own, check the box for Include cancel and reschedule links in email invitations and reminders.
- Select Save and close.
Note
Calendly will display your cancellation policy, but it doesn't restrict cancellations or reschedules based on the policy.
