How to change your plan or billing information
You can manage your Calendly subscription and billing details from your Billing page. Use this guide to change your plan, update payment info, or switch your billing cycle.
- Want to delete your account and remove all data? Follow these steps.
Change your plan
- Go to your Billing page in the Admin Center.
- Select Change plan, then Upgrade/Downgrade.
- Choose the plan that fits your scheduling needs.
- To cancel, switch to the Free plan.

Note
Calendly charges for all seats, even unused ones. If you have 5 seats but only 4 users, you'll still pay for 5.

Downgrade details
- Downgrades start at the end of your billing period. You'll keep your current plan features until then.
- You can also add or remove seats and change billing info during the upgrade/downgrade process.
- Changed your mind? Click the banner at the top of your Billing page to cancel the downgrade.

Change your billing information
Calendly customers can update their payment info anytime from the Billing page.
To update your credit card:
- Go to your Billing page.
- Under Billing information, click Edit payment details.
- Enter your new credit card info and select Update.

To update your billing address:
- Go to your Billing page.
- Under Billing information, click Edit billing address.
- Enter the updated address and select Update.
To update tax information:
- If your company is outside the U.S. and has a tax ID, follow these tax ID instructions.
Change your billing cycle
To switch from monthly to yearly:
- Go to your Billing page.
- Under Next bill, click Switch to annual and confirm your changes.
To switch from yearly to monthly, get in touch with our billing team by contacting support.

Generally, subscriptions renew automatically and we charge the card on file for your account. If you've missed a payment due to a card issue, you can make a payment the following ways:
- If you need to update the card on file
- Go to your billing page and select Edit payment details. Once the card is updated, payment should process and reflect in your transaction history at the bottom of the page.
- If the card on file now has sufficient funds
Our system automatically attempts a charge every 24 hours. You can wait for the system to retry the transaction, or feel free to contact our support team.
Yes, but there is a minimum spend.
To use ACH or wire transfer, your purchase must be $5,000 USD or more. Contact our support team for more information.

For nonprofit and educational organizations:
If you believe you are eligible for one of our available discounts, please get in touch with our billing team by contacting support and provide your login email address along with the required documentation.
- Create your Calendly account and leave it on the free plan until your documentation is verified.
- U.S. organizations must provide a copy of their 501(c)(3) determination letter or a screenshot of their IRS tax-exempt organization search profile.
- Organizations outside the U.S. must provide equivalent documentation such as a charity register or other official proof.
