How to add Calendly to your website

To add Calendly to your website:
- Go to the Scheduling page, optionally open the My Calendly dropdown to switch users or teams, then select the ... (three dots) on the page or event card and choose Add to website.
- Choose Landing page embed or Booking page embed, pick an embed type (Inline embed, Popup widget, or Popup text), and select Continue.
- (Optional) Adjust embed options (hide photo, hide event details, remove the cookie banner, or customize colors) and select Copy Code.
- Paste the copied code into your website’s HTML or follow the provider-specific instructions for Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, or another platform.

You can embed your Calendly page so visitors can schedule time without leaving your site.
Step 1 – Choose what you want to embed
Calendly offers two embed options:
- Landing page embed – Shows all active personal or team event types.
- Go to the Scheduling page.
- (Optional) Open the My Calendly dropdown to switch to another user or team page.
- Select the
three dots in the top-right corner, then select Add to website. - Booking page embed – Show just one event type.
- Go to the Scheduling page.

- Find the event type, select the
three dots in the event card, then select Add to website.
Step 2 – Copy your embed code
Choose how you want Calendly to appear on your site:
- Inline embed – Displays directly on your page.
- Popup widget – Adds a floating button to open your scheduling page.
- Popup text – Adds a clickable link that opens your scheduling page.
Then:
- Select Continue.
- (Optional) Change your settings:
- Hide your photo
- Hide event details
- Remove the cookie banner
- Customize colors (paid feature)
- Select Copy Code.
Paste the code into your website’s HTML.
