Introducing the new Meetings page
Beta
These features are currently in a private beta with a limited group of users. The beta is closed at this time, but we hope to make these updates available to all users soon.
The new Meetings page brings all your Calendly meeting details into one simple view. Everything you need to prepare, join, and follow up on meetings is in one place.
What’s new on the Meetings page
Here’s what’s new and improved:
- Simplified meeting view
View your upcoming and past meetings on the same page. Scroll to see what's coming up or review what's already happened without switching tabs. - Clearer meeting details
Click any meeting to quickly find the details you need. Attendees, location, invitee questions, and internal notes are all organized in a single panel. - All your meetings in one place
Connected your Google Calendar? You'll now see those events alongside your Calendly meetings for a complete view of your schedule.
View your Google Calendar meetings
When you connect Google Calendar, you’ll see those meetings with your Calendly events on the Meetings page. This helps you keep track of all your meetings in one place.

Note
At this time, this feature is only available for Google Calendar users.
Manage your meetings
From the Meetings page, you can view details, make updates, or take action on any meeting scheduled through Calendly. Google Calendar meetings appear here too, but they’re view-only.
Select a meeting to open more information on the right side of the page. From there, you can:
- View meeting details, like location and host
- Edit invitee contact details and view their questions
- Add internal meeting notes
- Check the timeline for meeting actions and notifications
To take action on a meeting, you can:
- Cancel or reschedule an upcoming meeting
- Book a follow-up meeting
- Mark an invitee as a no-show for a past meeting
Note
