How to set up a team Round Robin event type

Round Robin Event Types let you rotate meetings with any available team member. Invitees are automatically booked with the next available host.
For example, you can set up:
- A sales call with the first available rep
- An onboarding call with client success
- A phone screen with a recruiter
Before you begin
- To create this event type, you’ll need to set up your team page.
- Add your hosts as team members to the team page.
- If you don’t need a team page, consider creating a shared Round Robin event.
Create a team Round Robin event
- Go to your team page.
- Select the
three dots in the top-right corner. - Choose + New Team event type > Round robin.
- Enter an Event name and set the Duration.
- Under the Hosts section, all team members are automatically assigned to the round robin pool.
- Select the pool to open its settings.
- In the pop-up window, edit members and choose the distribution method.
- To remove a host, select the X next to their name.
- If someone is missing, add them to the team page. Then return here and select + Add to add them to the pool.
- Set your Rescheduling preferences.
- Set the Location for this event type.
- You can set the location for each host or apply the same location to all hosts.
- Set the Availability settings for this event type.
- Set the date range options.
- Choose to set the schedule for each host or apply the same hours to all hosts.
- Select Create.
Want to see how your team Round Robin event is performing?
- Select the
three dots in the top-right corner for the event. - Choose Event statistics
- Your Round Robin Event statistics will download as a csv and you will be able to view the distribution of events amongst your team members.
